From a person
with numerous walls surrounding my heart and terrified
of the limelight to a Motivational Speaker changing
millions of lives around the world, my mission is to
encourage people to break down the walls in their own
lives.
What are your walls?
Each of us has walls or limitations.
These are created
from our beliefs about ourselves, which develop from a
very young age. Our beliefs form our habits and before
you know it, our habits form us. Life becomes a
pre-programmed event that is molded within the framework
of our limitations. Over time this framework becomes as
real as the walls of your house, which dictate the
direction of our daily movement.
The walls in our lives are the result of
seeing life from our eyes and not our heart.
Because most people see life with their eyes, what they
see is fear. What I mean by this is that most people
don’t realize their true potential because they are
too scared to venture out of their comfort zones. Safety
behind their walls is better than venturing forth in the
pursuit of their heart’s passion.
Fear establishes the boundaries of
our self esteem.
Over time boundaries that are reinforced daily become
as real as the walls of prison holding us hostage to our
limiting beliefs we have about ourselves.
Imagine standing
on a beach and drawing a circle in the sand (a wall)
around your body. If I told you the circle represents
the degree to which you take chances in life, how big
would your circle be? Some people would draw circles
only inches away from their feet because of their
limiting belief systems. Some might also even draw
concentric rings around this circle indicating numerous
walls. Other people with a belief system that sees few
limitations might reach out as far as possible over the
sand and draw a circle around their bodies.
What is the difference between people with walls of
limitations and those without?
Perception.
People who are
seeking to live a life of no limitations—of zero
walls—would draw a circle in the sand, but have their
feet outside of the circle. They would acknowledge the
walls created from past limiting beliefs, but also
rejoice in the freedom of no longer being constrained by
them.
Essentially the
only difference between the person with walls and the
one without is perspective or focus. The point is that
the limitations we have in life are created because of
what we consistently focus on. The part of the brain
responsible for our limiting beliefs and habits, and
known as the R.A.S. (Reticular Activating System),
focuses on our walls even when we are not conscious
about this. Though the walls we create in the sand
cannot possibly contain us, over time they can become as
real as the prison walls that kept the prisoner Red
hostage to his limiting beliefs in the movie The
Shawshank Redemption.
The key is to change our focus.
Constant
negative thinking is the foundation for habits—for
walls—with deep foundations. The foundations become so
strong, so deep our minds see fortified walls around our
lives. When we focus on our limitations, we live by what
is seen. This results in fear. But what is correctly
seen is not seen with the physical eyes, but with our
hearts.
I help people of all ages explode from a life
of walls to a life of possibilities.
I help people
see the possibilities in their own lives. Living from
the heart begins with becoming focused on the root
problems in your life and creating a game plan as to how
you are going to take action. Getting clear on the walls
in your own life is the beginning. To do this in my own
life, I learned the importance of personal refection and
journal writing.
To make lasting and permanent
change in life requires each of us to level our
walls at their foundation and live from the heart.
My mission is to
help anybody with walls accept them for what they are.
They are the result of limiting beliefs about yourself.
They are the result of the negative story you tell about
yourself in your subconscious minds each day about why
you are not good enough, not smart enough or not worthy
enough of success. I will help you change your mindset
and live a life beyond your wildest imagination really FAST™.
The only life worth living is one where you follow
your heart’s passion and desire...
A life of ZERO WALLS.
